Welcome to the Union County Traffic and Conservation Court website. If you received a traffic or conservation citation which was marked NO COURT APPEARANCE REQUIRED, there are ways to address your case which do not require you to appear in court. These options include court supervision if you are eligible. Please read the Traffic Court Procedures document below to review your options.
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR TICKET TO SEE IF IT REQUIRES YOU TO APPEAR IN COURT. If you received a Citation marked COURT APPEARANCE REQUIRED, then you must appear in court to resolve your case.
Due to COVID19, beginning Dec 1, 2020, Traffic Court proceedings will take place VIRTUALLY and NOT IN PERSON utilizing the Zoom app. Zoom is a free app which you may download on your smart phone, tablet, or computer or you may click directly the link below to join the proceeding. While joining with video and sound is preferred, you may also join the proceeding by dialing in by phone. Below is the one click link to the Traffic Court Virtual Courts.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the Court understands certain personas are not able to appear in person at the courthouse due to quarantine, travel, exposure to COVID19, illness or other issues as approved by the court. Anyone unable to appear in person, may appear remotely via ZOOM VIDEO COURT.

Any party or attorney may appear via Zoom for Case Management Hearings.
TRAFFIC COURT:
If you received a traffic ticket that does not require a court appearance, you may resolve this matter online at judici.com or by contacting the Circuit Clerk. If you received a ticket which requires a Court Appearance, you may contact the State’s Attorney office to see if you can reach a plea agreement prior to your court date.
If you are an out of state driver, you need to check with the state your drivers license was issued in to ensure they accept Supervision with traffic school from Illinois, before choosing this as an option for resolving your traffic issue in Union County.
