Cob­den Man Sen­tenced to Prison for Pos­ses­sion of a Stolen Vehicle

 

Union Coun­ty State’s Attor­ney Tyler R. Edmonds announced today that Joshua Michael Horn­back (DOB 03/11/1991) of Cob­den has been sen­tenced to six (6) years in the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Cor­rec­tions after plead­ing guilty to one (1) count of Unlaw­ful Pos­ses­sion of a Stolen Vehi­cle, a Class 2 Felony.  Horn­back will serve a two (2) year peri­od of Manda­to­ry Super­vised Release.  Horn­back was arrest­ed in Octo­ber 2018 fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop by Cob­den Police.  The case was pros­e­cut­ed by Assis­tant State’s Attor­ney Lisa Casper.
