Two Men Sen­tenced to 6 Years for Burglary

Union Coun­ty State’s Attor­ney Tyler R. Edmonds announced today that the fol­low­ing indi­vid­u­als have been sen­tenced to the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Corrections:

Wayne R. Peach (DOB 05/30/1981) of Olive Branch, Illi­nois has been sen­tenced to six (6) years in the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Cor­rec­tions on two (2) counts of Bur­glary, both Class 2 Felonies.  Peach was arrest­ed the evening of March 5, 2013 as part of an inves­ti­ga­tion by the Illi­nois State Police regard­ing mul­ti­ple bur­glar­ies at stor­age units in Jonesboro.

David W. Tri­bout (DOB 08/14/1977) of Tamms, Illi­nois has been sen­tenced to six (6) years in the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Cor­rec­tions on two (2) counts of Bur­glary, both Class 2 Felonies.  Peach was arrest­ed the evening of March 5, 2013 as part of an inves­ti­ga­tion by the Illi­nois State Police regard­ing mul­ti­ple bur­glar­ies at stor­age units in Jonesboro.
