Four Sentenced to Prison
Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds announced today that the following individuals have been sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections:
Derek B. Reigert (DOB 10/31/1988) of Delta, Missouri has been sentenced to three (3) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Conspiracy (Theft), a Class 4 Felony. Reigert was arrested in November 2012 by Union County Sheriff’s Deputies after he attempted to remove copper wire from an agriculture irrigation system located near Wolf Lake, Illinois.
Ebony A. Bradley (DOB 01/09/1984) of Carbondale, Illinois has been sentenced to eighteen (18) months in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Petition to Revoke Probation for the original offense of Retail Theft, a Class 4 Felony. The sentence will run consecutively with the sentenced imposed in Williamson County, Illinois.
Paul M. Marsh (DOB 06/22/1992) of Murphysboro, Illinois has been sentenced to four (4) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine Precursors, a Class 2 Felony.
Alisa R. Hart (DOB 10/28/1984) of Little Rock, Arkansas has been sentenced to two (2) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one (1) count of Identity Theft, a Class 3 Felony. Hart is alleged to have used a credit card belonging to an Anna man to fraudulently obtain various items from Wal-Mart.
