Anna Man Sen­tenced to 5 years for Metham­phet­a­mine Manufacturing

Union Coun­ty State’s Attor­ney Tyler R. Edmonds announced today that William Eubanks (DOB 6/17/1979) of 305 Dewey Street in Anna has been sen­tenced to five (5) years in the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Cor­rec­tions after plead­ing guilty to Par­tic­i­pa­tion in Metham­phet­a­mine Man­u­fac­tur­ing, a Class 1 Felony.  Eubanks was arrest­ed in Feb­ru­ary 2015 as part of an inves­ti­ga­tion by the Union Coun­ty Sheriff’s Office.  Eubanks plead­ed guilty to con­spir­ing with two oth­er Anna res­i­dents to man­u­fac­ture metham­phet­a­mine at an Anna res­i­dence between Decem­ber 2014 and Feb­ru­ary 2015.
