Two Sen­tenced to Prison for Metham­phet­a­mine Manufacturing

Union Coun­ty State’s Attor­ney Tyler R. Edmonds announced the fol­low­ing sen­tences to the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Corrections:

Ty W. Dal­ton (DOB 09/30/1972) of 115 Kohler Avenue in Anna has been sen­tenced to eight (8) years in the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Cor­rec­tions after plead­ing guilty to one (1) count of Con­spir­a­cy: Unlaw­ful Par­tic­i­pa­tion in Metham­phet­a­mine Pro­duc­tion, a Class 1 Felony.  Dal­ton was arrest­ed on August 16, 2013 fol­low­ing an inves­ti­ga­tion by the Union Coun­ty Sheriff’s Office regard­ing metham­phet­a­mine and hero­in activ­i­ty at the res­i­dence locat­ed at 115 Kohler Street in Anna.

John­ny L. Eubanks (DOB 01/26/1983) of 775 Berryville Road in rur­al Jones­boro has been sen­tenced to nine (9) years in the Illi­nois Depart­ment of Cor­rec­tions after plead­ing guilty to one (1) count of Unlaw­ful Par­tic­i­pa­tion in Metham­phet­a­mine Pro­duc­tion, a Class 1 Felony.  Eubanks was arrest­ed in March 2013 fol­low­ing an inves­ti­ga­tion by the Union Coun­ty Sheriff’s Office and Jones­boro Police Department.
