Anna Man Sentenced to Seven Years for Delivery of Heroin
Union County State’s Attorney Tyler R. Edmonds announced today that Adam F. Stanczak, (DOB 12/07/1994), formerly of 745 McCloud Loop in rural Anna, has been sentenced to seven (7) years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one (1) count of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a Class 2 Felony. Stanczak was arrested in May of 2015 after an investigation by the Union County Sheriff’s Office and Union County Drug Task Force showed Stanczak had sold heroin from the McCloud Loop residence in March, April and May of 2015.
