Code of Ordinances

Pro­tec­tion of Union Coun­ty Gov­ern­ment requires mem­bers of the Union Coun­ty Res­cue Ser­vice, or Union Coun­ty ESDA, to be prop­er­ly cov­ered in man­ners of liability.

Only mem­bers appoint­ed by the Union Coun­ty ESDA Coor­di­na­tor of this spe­cial­ized ser­vice will pro­vide pri­ma­ry Res­cue Ser­vices unless prop­er pro­ce­dure for devi­a­tion is followed.

Devi­a­tion pro­ce­dure for addi­tion­al assis­tance is sum­ma­rized in Arti­cle III.

All arti­cles, rules, reg­u­la­tions and per­son­nel are set forth by the Union Coun­ty Coor­di­na­tor or his appointees and can be sub­ject to change or vari­ance at any time.
