The peti­tion­er for the occu­pan­cy of Coun­ty high­way right of way indem­ni­fies the Coun­ty by pro­vi­sions of the per­mit against any lia­bil­i­ty for death, per­son­al injury, or prop­er­ty dam­age that might occur attrib­ut­able to the con­struc­tion, main­te­nance, or occu­pan­cy of the util­i­ty facil­i­ties on the Coun­ty high­way right of way.
