Code of Ordinances

The sub­di­vider shall con­form to the fol­low­ing prin­ci­ples and stan­dards of land sub­di­vi­sion in the design of each sub­di­vi­sion or por­tion there­of. No pre­lim­i­nary plat shall be approved unless it con­forms to the fol­low­ing min­i­mum stan­dards of design. The Plan­ning Com­mis­sion, in its review of the pre­lim­i­nary plat, will take into con­sid­er­a­tion the require­ments of the com­mu­ni­ty and the best use of the land being sub­di­vid­ed.
