Code of Ordinances

Before any license may be issued under this Code the appli­cant must show com­pli­ance with all state and local health, fire, build­ing, and safe­ty codes, laws, or ordi­nances in effect at the time of licen­sure and upon each renew­al.  Should the license hold­er be found in non­com­pli­ance at a lat­er date after the issuance of the Dance Hall/Road House License the license shall be invalid until such time the license hold­er is back in com­pli­ance with all state and local health, fire, build­ing, and safe­ty codes, laws, or ordinances.
