A vio­la­tion of any part of this Code not specif­i­cal­ly set forth in the enabling statute found at 55 ILCS 5/5–10001 et seq. shall pur­suant to 55 ILCS 5/5–1113 be pun­ish­able by a fine not to exceed One Thou­sand Dol­lars ($1,000.00), for each vio­la­tion being a sep­a­rate and dis­tinct offense sub­ject­ing the vio­la­tor to sep­a­rate and dis­tinct penal­ties as well as con­sti­tut­ing grounds for the revo­ca­tion of the license grant­ed hereunder.
