Code of Ordinances

The Union Coun­ty Board of Com­mis­sion­ers shall pro­mul­gate reg­u­la­tions gov­ern­ing the loca­tion, plant­i­ng, con­struc­tion and main­te­nance, includ­ing mate­ri­als used in screen­ing or fenc­ing required by this Article.
